BIO: Icheb joined Voyager from a damaged Borg cube, where he was the 2nd in the group of 5. He is the more vocal in his disobedience of Seven's heavy-handed supervision. Makes a gravimetric sensor array to detect wormholes for his Science Fair project.  Is Brunali, and was genetically engineered to produce the pathogen that disabled the cube on which he and the other ex-Borg children were found. Threatens to transport the other children back to the Borg when questioned about his parents.  Is saved from re-assimilation, and begins asserting his individuality by working on Astrometrics rather than regenerate. Corrects Neelix, during his tale of the Deck 12 ghost, regarding Bussard Collectors' emission of Nadion particles. Risks his life to save Seven of Nine, by donating his cortical implant to her when hers fails.  Applies to Starfleet. Works on a jigsaw puzzle, with Naomi Wildman, in the cargo bay.  In a future timeline, as a Lieutenant Commander, he and Naomi Wildman use Astrometrics to map the shattered timelines of Voyager.  He helps to defeat Seska.
When Torres stumbles, he mistakes a scan of her fetus for a possible parasitic intruder.  He discovers the Holodoc's error that leads to discovery of Torres' reprogramming of the EMH.
Relieves Seven Of Nine so she can regenerate, and discovers a warning beacon in an alien testing ground that she missed. Gives a report in "Early StarFleet History" on James T. Kirk.  Suffers a fatal wound in Q's test of his son, Q2, but is saved by Q when Q2 passes the test.  Is called 'Itchy' by Q2, whom he calls 'Q-ball'. Plays Kal-Toh with Tuvok, beating him due to the onset of Tuvok's neurological illness.
