Bio: Humanoid pre- industrial bronze age civilization that exists on a M- class planet in the Delta Quadrant. Their mythology involves the Great Sages. They had a flourishing society before two Ferengi arrived from the Alpha Quadrant (2366) and pretended to be the Great Sages. The Ferengi's were banished in 2373, by the crew of Voyager.

Bio: Civilization native to the Delta Quadrant. They use body language as their primary form of communication. They have serious problems with Macrovirus infestations.

Talaxians

Bio: Civilization native to the Delta Quadrant on the planet Talax. They surrendered to the Haakonian Order in 2356 after a 10 year war. the war was ended by the deployment of the metreon cascade, 300,000 Talaxians were killed.

Taresians

Bio: Technologically advanced civilization in the Delta Quadrant. They have a population which is 90% female therefore male children are rare. To ensure an adequate childbirth rate, the Taresians genetically engineered a retrovirus and placed it on several planets in the Delta Quadrant. The virus is designed to change the DNA of the male host, and they find there way back to the planet. Harry Kim caught this virus.
